The Story

When Verizon, the largest wireless carrier in the United States, sought a sonic identity for their smart assistant, they turned to us. Together, we developed a comprehensive audio branding strategy, starting with the mobile app and expanding to the Verizon Smart Display and IVR systems. The Concept

Inspired by the origin of the Verizon name, our concept embodies its core values Veritas Horizon. "Veritas," symbolizing truth and trust, is conveyed through a human-centered approach. The Sonic Checkmark brings this to life with the crisp, relatable sound of a finger snap. "Horizon," reflecting Verizon’s drive for excellence, translates into a future-focused audio aesthetic, defined by swift synthesized sounds that mirror the speed of connection.

Verizon Smart Assistant

The Verizon Smart Assistant unifies customer interactions with an omni-channel experience that seamlessly bridges smartphones and smart speakers alike. The audio branding takes center stage, connecting digital experiences from screenless to display.
